Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is completed and a notification is sent to the customer and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note: any orders placed after 12pm CST on Saturdays will not be shipped until Monday.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers. In cases of inclement weather or customs delay RWC will notify the customer in timely manner and no later than five business days.
Arrival time is estimated and it is the customer's responsibility to check with the carrier on status and delays not related to special provisions mentioned above.

We ship to other countries. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department, which can result in delays. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. RWC does is not responsible of such charges.
NOTE: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you will be held responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments. Which will be deducted automatically from your original form of payment.

RWC insures each purchase over $100 during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.
